  We've been going there for about 2yrs now.Very nice business, excellent customer service.we feel as we made friends w them.we use there loan service, which is fair on interest and time to get it back.They have nice stuff to buy as well.pricing is fair.We like to buy there jewelry.We r looking for engagement rings.

  This company is a very great family owned and operated company. I have been buying and selling with them for twenty years. They are very upfront and honest people. I would recommend them to anyone.

  Went in to sell my diamond ring (EGL certified .72CT princess cut, F color, Sl1). Person greeted and asked my price. I responded $3,000 around the price I paid. He said we can't do that much, but come back when Mrs. Teague is here(Apparently it had enough value for him to tell me to come back). I come back in 30-45 minutes later, spoke with Mrs. Teague for 5 seconds (she didn't even look at it) before she passed with no counter offer. I asked her no offer what so ever? She stated $500. Because they would only give more if the diamond was bigger.(If that was true why didn't the forst guy say that?) Apparently quality has no bearings on price here. TLDR: wasted 45 min for the owner to glance at a diamond worth at least $2000 and pass, then offer $500.
