- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The credit card services with bb&t is horrible. Do yourself a favor and stay away from a bb&t credit card. I had at least 70 or more fraudulent transactions on my account and was never notified. Bb&T does not monitor your account. This department could not be any worse. I filed a complaint one week ago however I had No response. I have not received a new credit card. How competent is that? If you have a BB&T credit card, close it out and go elsewhere! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Warning! Stay away from BB&T I had a nonprofit business account with them and they closed it without ANY notification. They did not give me any consideration as a customer and basically said to bad! If you think customer service is not important, then good luck.
