  Our family has been working with the Corey Hinson family for many years now. Corey & staff set the bar high when it comes to customer service. We always feel taken care of -- we receive phone calls from their office (actual person, not recording) making us aware of financial opportunities that may help our family, to do reviews of coverage to ensure we are sufficiently covered, and sometimes even just to see how we're doing. We are business owners and being adequately insured is a MUST & Corey makes sure we are covered. And when you call the office, it is rare that there isn't someone who can assist you.   I have enjoyed my experience with Corey Hinson & Associates. I have been with them for over five years now. His team is very, very pleasant whenever I call and always provides accurate information. There was a time I called and was transferred to an overflow area (another location) and I was given the wrong information that could've potentially terminated my plan. When I called Corey's team for verification, the lady was apologetic and empathized with me. She gave me the correct information and put me on the right track. That alone and the way they are so courteous will keep me with Allstate and their team forever!!
